Olde Chelsea Appraisal Service is a Limited Liability Corporation based in South Florida, owned and operated by Frank and Sharon Lerner. Frank became certified as a graduate auctioneer in 1995.  Soon after, the Lerners became Certified Personal Property Appraisers through the National Auctioneer's Association.  Currently, Frank and Sharon focus primarily on personal property appraisals for insurance, charitable donations, estate purposes and divorce settlements.

It's time to appraise your antiques, artwork, collectibles, family heirlooms, and oriental rugs. Don't wait until a tropical storm destroys your valuable personal property. We will appraise, photograph and inventory your valuables and provide you with an appraisal report that follows USPAP ( the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice ) compliance certification standards of estate valuation. This certified appraisal report may be stored in a vault or other secure location.

Insurance companies require certified estate appraisal reports of all valuable personal property valued at $5000 or more.
