Florida Estate Appraisals
Appraisal Procedure
Our appraisers visit your location to
examine the designated items of personal property. Each item is
examined to identify signatures, marks and to evaluate its
condition. Items are measured, photographed and completely described in the appraiser's
notes.
You will be asked to pay a deposit on the estimated fee at this
time. Nothing is ever removed from your location. The appraisers do
not buy or sell your personal property.
You will receive an unbiased , ethical appraisal. Following the visit to
your location, the appraisers will return to their office to research
your items using computer information retrieval, conferring with
others as needed, and using their extensive library. After the
research and valuations are completed your personal property
appraisal will be written according to USPAP standards on the
computer. You will receive two copies of the report and one set of
photographs. The balance of the fee will be paid at this time.
Rates are available upon request.
